Cancellation Policy – Domestic Trips

Cancellation Policy for Trips Less Than 5 Days

• More than 30 days before departure:
  10% of the total trip cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  

• 15 to 30 days before departure:
  25% of the total trip cost or ₹3,000, whichever is lower, will be deducted.
  

• 7 to 14 days before departure:
  50% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
  

• Less than 7 days before departure:
  No refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy for Trips of 5 Days or More

• More than 45 days before departure:
  10% of the total trip cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  

• 30 to 44 days before departure:
  25% of the total trip cost or ₹5,000, whichever is lower, will be deducted.
  

• 15 to 29 days before departure:
  50% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
  

• Less than 15 days before departure:
  No refund will be provided.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@triproadie.com.
  

• The refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  

• In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
  

• If the trip is canceled by TripRoadie due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest, or operational issues), participants will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative trip option.

• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable GST and service charges.
