1. Introduction
Welcome to ABTR RIDING INDIA PVT LTD (TripRoadie). By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
An advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in costs.
TripRoadie reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the stipulated timeline.
3. Travel & Health Insurance
TripRoadie does not provide travel or health insurance. Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.
4. Liability & Responsibility
TripRoadie is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. TripRoadie will not be liable for theft or loss of any items.
Participants must adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations during the trip.
Any expenses incurred due to medical emergencies, accidents, or evacuations will be borne by the traveler.
TripRoadie is not responsible for any dead loss, damage, or additional costs incurred due to natural calamities such as landslides, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
Any injury, loss, or damage arising due to pre-existing medical conditions or health issues is the sole responsibility of the participant. TripRoadie is not liable for any medical complications during the trip.
TripRoadie is not liable for any personal relationships, including physical relationships, formed between co-travelers during the trip. Any disputes or issues arising from such relationships are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
Trip itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies. TripRoadie reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in the interest of safety.
No refunds will be provided for changes or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
In case of force majeure, TripRoadie will attempt to reschedule or offer an alternative itinerary.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must follow the instructions of the Trip Captain and maintain discipline throughout the trip.
Any behavior that causes inconvenience, discomfort, or harm to other travelers or local communities will lead to removal from the trip without a refund.
Consumption of illegal substances and misconduct under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to property or nature by the traveler will be their responsibility, and they must bear the associated costs.
7. Accommodation & Transportation
Accommodation will be provided as per the package details. Room allocation is subject to availability.
Transportation will be arranged as per the itinerary, and delays due to road conditions or unforeseen circumstances are beyond TripRoadie’s control.
Any personal requests regarding room sharing, seat preferences, or transportation upgrades will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Activities & Risks
Some trips may involve adventure activities such as trekking, rafting, and other physically demanding experiences. Participants must ensure they are medically fit for such activities.
TripRoadie is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in adventure activities.
Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk, and they may be required to sign an indemnity waiver before engaging in such activities.
9. Photography & Marketing
TripRoadie reserves the right to use trip photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes unless a participant explicitly requests otherwise.
If a participant does not wish to be featured in promotional content, they must inform TripRoadie in writing before the trip.
10. Complaints & Disputes
Any complaints must be raised during the trip. Post-trip complaints will be considered only if submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion.
TripRoadie will investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
By booking a trip with TripRoadie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
